This Privacy Notice describes how IdentityBridge processes information in connection with the customer portal and migration workspace. It applies to visitors, authorized users and tenant administrators.
2. Information We Collect
We collect account, organization, migration, operational, billing and cookie data as described in this notice. We collect only what is needed to provide and improve the service.
3. Account and Identity Information
IdentityBridge collects email, name and role information for authentication and authorization within the workspace.
4. Organization Information
Company name, identifier and contact information are used for tenant setup, billing and support.
5. Migration and Configuration Data
Migration plans, discovered objects, mappings and validation evidence are stored to enable the governed migration lifecycle.
6. Operational and Diagnostic Information
System logs and diagnostic data are used to maintain availability, investigate issues and improve performance.
7. Billing and Commercial Information
Payment method, billing address and transaction records are handled by approved providers. IdentityBridge does not store raw payment card data.
9. How Information Is Used
We use information to provide, secure and improve the service, process transactions, communicate about the account, and meet legal obligations.
10. Legal Bases Where Applicable
Where required, we rely on performance of contract, legitimate interests, consent and legal obligation. The specific basis depends on the context of processing.
12. Service Providers/Subprocessors
Service providers support hosting, payments, communications and analytics. A current list is available on request.
13. International Transfers
Data may be processed in or transferred to countries where our service providers operate. Safeguards depend on the deployment and contract terms.
14. Security
We implement technical and organizational controls. No system is completely secure, and customers also have security responsibilities.
15. Retention
We retain information for periods appropriate to the purposes for which it is processed, contractual requirements, security and audit needs, and applicable legal obligations. Product-specific retention controls and contractual commitments may provide additional requirements.
16. Customer-Controlled Data
Tenant owners control their organization, migration and configuration data. Data deletion is subject to contractual and technical constraints.
17. Individual Privacy Rights
Individuals may contact us to exercise rights under applicable law, such as access, correction, deletion and portability. Requests are handled subject to verification and legal limits.
18. Children
IdentityBridge is not intended for children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
19. Changes to This Notice
We may update this notice. Material changes will be communicated through the portal or by email.
