Acceptable Use Policy

1. Purpose

This Acceptable Use Policy describes permitted and prohibited uses of the IdentityBridge platform.

2. Prohibited Uses

IdentityBridge must not be used to:

• gain unauthorized access to identity systems, accounts or infrastructure;
• migrate or extract identity information without appropriate authority;
• bypass authentication, authorization, MFA or security controls;
• obtain or test credentials without authorization;
• distribute malware or malicious code;
• conduct credential stuffing, phishing or password attacks;
• interfere with the availability or integrity of systems;
• violate privacy, data-protection or intellectual-property rights;
• impersonate individuals or organizations;
• use migration connectors against environments the customer is not authorized to administer;
• circumvent subscription, entitlement or usage controls;
• use the service for unlawful activities.

3. Enforcement

Violations may result in investigation, restriction, suspension or termination. We may preserve evidence where legally appropriate and notify the customer where appropriate.
